Variable Round-The-Pump Proportioner

The Delta Variable Round-The-Pump Proportioner has become a popular product within Delta Fire’s fixed foam equipment range. This foam inductor produces pre-mix solution for one or more foam making branchpipe and can be calibrated to suit the client’s requirements.

This proportioner is very compact and robust and can be fitted to a fire pump as a temporary or permanent feature. The inductor has an induction flow range of 0 to 90 litres per minute calibrated in increments of 9 litres per minute and can also be used in a By-Pass type system.

Delta’s Variable Round-The-Pump Proportioner is supplied complete with left and right hand labels together with a general label that has no scale allowing for ‘customer specific’ calibration. The required calibration setting within a range is selected by rotating a knurled twist-grip handle.

The Inductor is made from corrosion resistant material throughout and although normally used in a fixed pipework system, various ancillary components are available to facilitate temporary installation on the majority of fire appliances.
