Tall Building Fire Safety Programme 2026 and Call for Papers
The Tall Building Fire Safety Programme 2026 promises to be an exciting and busy year for the Tall Building Fire Safety Network (TBFSN). Established in 2009, TBFSN has become a leading platform for professionals worldwide to share knowledge and best practices in tall building fire safety. Since its inception, the network has trained thousands of delegates and held nine successful International Tall Building Fire Safety Conferences in the UK, US, and Australia.
Over the years, the network has achieved impressive milestones:
- 3,000 members in its LinkedIn group
- Over 1,790 YouTube subscribers with 50+ CPD-accredited training videos
- Nine international conferences with delegates from over 30 countries
- More than 2,000 building managers trained in Tall Building Fire Safety Management
According to the Council for Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH), the rate and height of tall building construction continue to rise worldwide. This growing trend reinforces the importance of TBFSN’s mission—providing education, resources, and events to enhance fire safety in complex high-rise environments.
The Tall Building Fire Safety Programme 2026 will include the 10th International Tall Building Fire Safety Conference in London (Summer 2026, date TBC). The conference will welcome global professionals to discuss emerging issues in tall building fire safety. This year’s Call for Papers invites contributions on themes such as AI, BIM, parametric insurance, electric vehicle fire risks, arson, and fire safety during construction.
In addition, the Tall Building Fire Safety Management Training Course 2026, accredited by the Institute of Fire Safety Managers (IFSM) and recognised by the Institution of Fire Engineers (IFE), will be hosted across international venues:
- Dubai: January 12–16
- London: March 9–13, June 8–12, September 7–11, October 12–16
- Malta: March/April 30–3
- Cyprus: November 16–20
