Ramtech U.S. Supply Chain Expands with New Charlotte Office
Global wireless solutions provider Ramtech has officially opened its new office in Charlotte, North Carolina, reinforcing its commitment to a full U.S. supply chain and advancing modern fire and life safety solutions across the construction industry.
With rising costs, labor shortages, and supply chain disruptions affecting the U.S. construction sector, Ramtech’s Charlotte hub will streamline project mobilization, reduce delivery delays, and ensure reliable access to essential safety technologies for contractors nationwide.
By providing direct access to equipment, training, and local support, Ramtech empowers construction firms to implement consistent, modern fire and life safety systems on every project. The new office serves as a critical link in enhancing efficiency, speed, and operational readiness.
As part of the launch, Joel Pickering, Fire and Life Safety Principal at Ramtech and an active member of the NFPA 241 committee, emphasized the need to modernize U.S. safety practices.

The opening event featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Bruna Pacios Esposito, Ramtech’s Business Unit Director, and Giorgio Koursaris, Managing Director at Orama. Product marketing manager Jiayao Wang showcased innovations and wireless fire safety technologies.
Ramtech is also preparing a revised edition of its award-winning whitepaper “No Site Left Behind”, offering insights into the evolving state of fire safety awareness across the U.S. This update aligns with the upcoming NFPA 241 2026 release, setting new benchmarks for fire prevention and construction site safety.
