Preventive Fire Protection Programme at FeuerTrutz 2019: With an even higher number of exhibitors than the 287 companies that attended the last round, FeuerTrutz will once again turn Exhibition Centre Nuremberg into the No. 1 dialogue platform for the international fire protection sector from 20 to 21 February 2019. The highlights of the event include three compact seminars and the exhibitor forums in the two exhibition halls. The Training & Career pavilion, featuring 16 training and professional development providers, the live demonstrations at the Fire Protection EXPERIENCE and the Jobs Board are all excellent additional sources of information at the trade fair. The accompanying FeuerTrutz Fire Protection Congress takes a more in-depth look at the latest important aspects of passive, active and organisational fire protection. This is where delegates can learn from experts about topics such as “Concepts for Special Buildings”, “Identifying and Avoiding Liability Traps in Fire Protection” and “Inner City Densification and its Impact on Fire Protection”.
“FeuerTrutz is set to be even more diverse and international: already, more foreign exhibitors have registered for FeuerTrutz 2019 than for the last round – from Europe and the USA through to Hong Kong. This underscores the importance of the event as the leading dialogue platform for German and international fire protection experts,” explains Stefan Dittrich, Executive Director FeuerTrutz at NürnbergMesse.
Trade fair offers impressive supporting programme
The supporting programme for FeuerTrutz once again offers an extensive range of presentations, live demonstrations, event formats and networking opportunities. In two exhibitor forums, exhibitors from all segments of preventive fire protection provide information on trends, new products and related applications. The Fire Protection EXPERIENCE gives trade visitors the chance to see fire protection in action, while live presentations in the halls and several spectacular demonstrations outdoors convey fire protection know-how in realistic displays. Three compact seminars offer additional expertise. In the compact seminar “BRANDSCHUTZDIREKT Löschtechnik” on the first day of the fair, participants can learn all about active fire protection such as sprinklers and other extinguishing equipment. The “Fire Protection in Bavaria” seminar is devoted to changes in the Bavarian fire protection regulations and is designed for architects and agency representatives. At the “Building Services Fire Protection Forum”, planners and engineers can find out what’s new in buildings services and fire protection, for example on the topics of dust fires and explosions or smoke removal from buildings. An English-speaking workshop for international fire protection experts complements the range of supporting events and provides information on the principles of the German fire protection market.
Training opportunities and jobs board for fire protection specialists
The Training & Career pavilion offers fire protection experts a dedicated area for professional development and careers. “With 16 training and professional development partners taking part, this pavilion will once again be a drawcard for fire protection experts and all those who want to gain a foothold in the sector,” says a delighted Stefan Dittrich. In addition to this, the jobs board will soon be advertising job vacancies online before the event and during the fair itself. For the first time at FeuerTrutz 2019, job seekers can also send a speculative application directly to exhibiting companies.
