The Merawex company has been founded in 1989. Since the very beginning of its economic activity it operates within the field of design and manufacturing of switching power supplies and uninterruptible power systems. In the meantime, the portfoilo has been expanded with other electronic products, mechanical products and services.
Merawex products and services have been used by many known Polish companies, i.e. DGT, Enion, InPost, KZŁ, Netia, PKP, Polon-Alfa, Telekomunikacja Polska (Orange) and international companies, i.e. ABB, Bombardier, Bosch, Honeywell, Huawei, Siemens, Vattenfall, Vodafone.
Merawex employs over 100 employees. It has obtained an income of over 20 million PLN in 2015. The company is located within its own buildings with a total area of 3700 sq. m.
The company uses a certified, integrated quality and environment management system ISO9001/14001. The goal of quality improvement is a constant goal of the company. Customer feedback, DNV, CNBOP and VdS audits, as well as inquiries from the employees and periodical internal surveys result in changes to designs, procedures and infrastructure used.
In our relations with the customers we pay the utmost attention, ensuring that our products and services are a real and a long-term value for the customer. This is the reason why our customers have cooperated with us for many years. Yet, even if the cooperation was a one-time venture only, we still offer help, e.g. we still repair our products from the 1990s.
Our flat organisational structure, lean manufacturing and sharing the yearly profits are conditions which integrate the staff. Low employee turnaround is also kind of a proof of satisfaction from work.
Merawex conservatively manage the financial cash flow, avoid speculative opportunities, do not take any obligations we cannot fulfil (both from the technical and the financial point of view).
