Marmora Hand Wheeled Monitor

The model Marmora is a hand wheeled operated monitor with single water way body. The monitor is capable of withstanding flows up to 37500 lpm (10000 gpm) and may be base flanged 4”, 6”, 8”, 10” or 12” UNI or ANSI. Movements on the vertical & horizontal plane can be performed by rotating a hand wheel that transfer the operator force through a gearbox to the monitor joints, making the monitor movements very smooth.

Both vertical and horizontal positions are secured by the worm gear that prevent the monitor to move against any reaction force. The joints are built using a double channel system that host the rotational spheres. The body is designed to balance the reaction force and couple the monitor with several different discharge outlets such as water branch pipes, foam branch pipes and nozzles. The material of construction makes it suitable for being used with sea water or water foam solution within industrial environments & offshore applications.

Body material to be selected among:

  • Stainless Steel AISI 304
  • Stainless Steel AISI 316
  • Inlet flange ANSI or UNI, forged in carbon steel, SS AISI 304 or SS AISI 316
  • Upwards and Downwards movement via hand wheels
  • Rotation on the horizontal plane for 360° in continuous via the hand wheel, the rotation is blocked by the worm gear itself
  • EPDM gaskets
  • Suitable execution for external installation in marine environment and operation with sea water and foam solutions
