TOP OF THE LEAGUE!

CAST ZFP, C-TEC’s super-advanced own-protocol fire system, has been specified for a state-of-the-art sports complex in Lancashire.

Specialist electrical engineers, Tate Security Technology Ltd, were tasked with replacing the closed-protocol fire systems in the athletics and football training centres at Leigh Sports Village with C-TEC’s powerful CAST ZFP addressable fire systems.

In a super-speedy project which took just 6 days, the old systems were ripped out and CAST ZFP fire systems were installed in the specified areas to provide the highest levels of fire detection. With intuitive touch-screen controlled colour interfaces, the 2-loop panels integrate flawlessly with over one hundred CAST detectors, sounder VADs and multi-sensor devices.

Joe Howard, Tate’s Site Installations Supervisor said:

“The entire installation was incredibly smooth and took less than a week. We were impressed by how easy the systems were to install and this was a key factor in the short installation time. The panel’s interface especially is very user-friendly – the scroll up, scroll down options and onscreen keyboard makes programming simple and straightforward.

“C-TEC has an excellent reputation in the marketplace for product quality, reliability and technical support. We also like the fact that we are using systems that have been designed and manufactured in the UK.”
