Carbon Dioxide Fire Suppression Systems
Carbon dioxide (CO2) has been used for decades as a fire protection agent in areas and facilities where water-based suppression is not feasible. In addition to multiple storage and application options, it is one of the most readily available gaseous fire protection agents in use today.
Foam Fire Suppression Systems
Foam suppression systems combine specially designed foam concentrate with precise amounts of water and air to create an expanding blanket of foam that smothers a fire. Water Based Fire Suppression Systems
Sprinkler and water-based systems are widely recognized as a simple yet effective method of automated and fixed fire suppression, dousing flames with an inexpensive and readily available suppression agent – water.
Alarm & Detection
A fire alarm control panel along with associated alarm and detection devices (e.g. smoke detectors, horns and strobes) complete a special hazard fire protection system regardless of the suppression agent. These components operate in conjunction to detect fire threats early, activate the releasing system when appropriate, and notify occupants or workers of the situation.
