It’s all about the detail with technical support from Nullifire
For 49 years, Nullifire – previously called Firetherm in the UK – has been a market leader in intumescent and fire stopping solutions and stands at the forefront of smart Passive Fire Protection.
Across all touchpoints, Nullifire clients can access industry-leading technical expertise as part of a complete support package in smart passive fire protection.
Nullifire offers exceptional technical input, as well as the reassurance of a long-standing programme of rigorous testing protocols, to deliver complete peace of mind for specifiers, developers and installers.
The brand has recently launched a campaign ‘It’s All About’ to showcase its credentials in the field of technical support and testing.
The campaign highlights how Nullifire products are tested extensively by third body associations alongside the brand’s in-house technical (R&D) team – and are fully certified for a range of fire protection needs.
Already this year, Nullifire has had almost 120 people attend its highly focused technical training programme. Aimed at installers and applicators, the programme is part of the wider learning and development opportunities from Nullifire that includes two CPDs and a variety of targeted sessions – all delivered as part of its policy of educating the industry.
Thousands of fire tests have also been conducted over the lifetime of the company, with a new focus and process in place to allow planned testing on a monthly basis based on customers’ requests and feedback. This is to extend the product field of application and also give Nullifire customers the information/certifications and confidence they need on its products and to keep both people and buildings safe from fires.
Nullifire’s Sales Director, Gary Pullinger, said: “Along with exceptional products, Nullifire is very much about best-in-class technical service, which is delivered by a team who are totally committed to the highest levels of knowledge and industry understanding, and who benefit from continuous investment to support them in their roles.
“We’ve made significant investment in this area of the business over the last few years and have received very positive feedback from the industry in general and from visitors to our stand at FIREX International.
“Highlights included two product demonstration areas, one for our intumescent coatings and the other for our fire stopping range and our pioneering traceability technologies Optifire and Optifire+ which offer guaranteed traceability of the applied Nullifire product installed on-site.
“We also promoted some of our best-sellers, including the recently launched FS719 HP Blue for CPVC, a unique sealant developed specifically for Blazemaster pipework with FBC approvals, and FS709 Intumescent Sealant, a high expansion/pressure exerting graphite intumescent sealant.”
Offering a time-proven and trusted solution for almost 50 years to specifiers, designers, facilities managers, contractors and installers, Nullifire’s intumescent and fire stopping solutions have a track record of performance and compliance.
As well as technical assistance both on and off site, Nullifire’s continuous support includes initial product training, site solutions, a specification service and inspections.
Support is also offered for the long term in areas including advice on maintenance schedules and even remedial work on damaged areas.
Nullifire is a CPG (UK) brand along with TREMCO, Flowcrete, illbruck, Dryvit and Nudura. Together these brands cover a wide array of different construction needs and provide a wealth of complex services, support and systems that are rarely found together from just one company.
