High Back Pressure Foam Generators

Delta Fire’s range of fixed foam equipment includes a range of High Back Pressure Foam generators designed for use in Base Injection Foam Systems. They are primarily used in the protection of hydrocarbon risks in fixed roof tanks.

Delta High Back Pressure Foam Generators produce low expansion foam with an expansion of around 4:1 and can operate against a back pressure of 35% of the foam solution inlet pressure.

The Delta High Back Pressure Foam Generator is suitable for use with various types of foam generating devises such as bladder tanks, balanced pressure foam pump proportioning systems (including in-line systems) and foam generating vehicles.

Foam flow rates can be pre-engineered to provide precise application rates to suit individual risks.

Based on an ANSI 150lb flange (or as specified by client) and constructed from carbon steel finished in red oxide these Foam Generators are an integral part of Delta’s fixed foam equipment range.

The Delta High Back Pressure Foam Generators are manufactured under an ISO 9001 Quality Management System and undergo rigorous inspection and testing prior to dispatch as required under this standard ensuring a consistency of quality in production.

Delta Fire’s dedication to product design and development has resulted in a comprehensive range of fixed foam equipment that is recognised globally for its high level of quality and performance.

Delta Fire stocks a wide range of British and International Fire Fittings to suit their range of Foam Equipment.
