C-TEC exhibiting at London Build 2025
C-TEC, one of the UK’s leading life-safety electronic systems manufacturers, is set to exhibit at London Build, the country’s largest construction show. The company will present its latest CAST-powered open-protocol life-safety systems, demonstrating cutting-edge innovations in fire detection, alarm systems, and emergency communication.
Among the key highlights is C-TEC’s brand-new range of Lockdown Solutions — a series of monitored, battery-backed, multi-message systems developed to support compliance with Martyn’s Law (The Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025). These solutions are designed to help organisations improve safety and communication in emergency scenarios.
Another featured innovation is HUSH-PRO, a fully monitored BS 5839-6 Grade C residential fire alarm system. Specifically engineered for flats, apartments, and other domestic environments, HUSH-PRO helps reduce false alarms while enhancing occupant protection.
Also on display will be EVAC-ALERT, a BS 8629:2019+A1:2023-compliant evacuation alert system created to assist the Fire & Rescue Service in evacuating all or parts of a building safely during an emergency.
Visitors can also explore ZFP CAST, a touchscreen-controlled 1–8 loop fire alarm panel fully compatible with CAST-PRO, which was recently named Fire Innovation of the Year. Alongside this, ENVISION, C-TEC’s cloud-based Fire IoT remote access platform, provides seamless commissioning, maintenance, and data management across all CAST-powered systems.
In addition, C-TEC will showcase several of its trusted life-safety products, including the SigTEL disabled refuge system, the AlertBuddy deaf person’s alert system, and Quantec-Pro, its new next-generation addressable call system for healthcare and assisted living environments.
