Access Control Housing is a Robust Protection for Access Control Systems. The waterproof, multipurpose, sealed Access Control Housing mounts to either a wall or pedestal and are ideal for housing a variety of equipment. Moulded of thick white polycarbonate material, they can help to protect against vandalism and misuse. STI-7515 and STI-7516 housings are available in two depths. Back box ‘A’ provides 108mm of depth and back box ‘F’ provides 50mm of depth. STI-7510 and STI-7511 models are available with a variety of back box and spacer options. STI-7520 is supplied as an enclosure.
DESIGN
- STI-7515 has four mounting tabs allowing it to be installed on a wall.
- STI-7516 is designed to be installed on a mounting pedestal and includes adapter plate (KIT-318).
- STI-7510, STI-7511 and STI-7520 models are installed with a simple 4 fixing installation.
CONSTRUCTION
- NEMA 4.
- Housings are water resistant to provide added protection for important devices.
INSTALLATION
- Mounting hardware is included.
- Typical working properties of polycarbonate are -40° to 121°C (-40° to 250°F).
